POLICY

FANTASTIC I LASH and brow has been created to be a relaxing and fun atmosphere for our guests and an enjoyable environment for our team of technicians. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, our clients, and our valued team of professionals. We welcome you and will work hard to provide a great experience as we hope to become your favorite LASH EXTENSION SALON in Long Island.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us, we want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience with each and every technician at FANTASTIC I LASH and brow Long Island. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days, so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

Late Policy

If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment so our technicians can provide you with the absolute best quality of work.

For the courtesy of our technicians and clients on a waiting list, we have the strict policy about cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Children Policy

For the safety of your children and as a courtesy to other clients we ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment. Our work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone. We do not allow anyone under the age of 13.
